Three significant historical events have been eclipsed by Obama: 1) Jimmy Carter will no longer be looked upon as the worst president in American history; 2) Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton will no longer be recognized as the greatest liars in presidential history; 3) Clinton's stain on Monica's dress, and what that did to the White House in general and the office of the president specifically, will forever pale in comparison to the stain and stench of Obama.

Regardless, I don't like the job Obama is doing, but this author is clearly insane. He doesn't take a lot of vacation days, doesn't provoke our allies, and actually spends about the same amount as most other presidents have. Obama doesn't lie any more than any president I can recall.
However, he also can't get the economy under control. He can't get financial reforms, can't get debt down, and can't get us out of the Middle East. Overall, he's simply doing an adequate job in a time when we need a leader who can get outstanding results. Give me an outstanding candidate (or a great candidate for that matter) next election and I'll gladly vote for that candidate. But let's not go crazy and start saying he's worst than Nero. Obama hasn't declared any unnecessary wars that I can recall, Bush still holds that honor.
Obama lying to denigrate others is complety factual. Take for example the Republican Congress and TEA party. The republicans knew that unless we made DRASTIC cuts to our government spending that we would lose our triple A rating. However, Obama denigrated the TEA Party and Republican congress by claiming that they were grand standing and obstructing the government from passing a budget plan that NEVER existed. Indeed Obama claimed that he had a budget plan, but could never produce it, becasue it never existed. Why? Because he LIED!!!

And then he spends the bulk of the article lambasting the fact that the President had--shame of shames!--a birthday party!

I have another problem with our president. That is his utter lack of experience in foreign affairs. Look at his comments to the Prime Minister of Israel for example. Also look at his and the first lady's lack of interest in the protocol of other nations. My goodness I was embarrassed at the many errors they made while in England alone. No wonder they weren't invited to Prince William's wedding! Her Highness the Queen had had enough of them.

I heard a story about Joseph Stalin and a Chicken. The story goes that a man asked Stalin how he could inflict some much pain and misery on his own people. Stalin asked that a chicken be brought to him. He proceeded to pluck the feathers off the bird as the bird struggled in pain.

Now multiply that one person who went out and spent more than they could afford by 1 million or more and you have the an inflated housing bubble bursting and wrecking an otherwise very strong economy considering what it looked like after 911.

Our President has created a "Jobs Council" and he has named Jeffrey Immelt as head of this council. Check the whiteouse website for this information. Now, in 2009, GE was ranked #12 in the list of Global 500 businesses with 323,000 employees. In 2011, GE is ranked #16 with 287,000 employees. (see CnnMoney for this information).
From my reading, Mr. Immelt has shifted jobs overseas. In the paragraph above you can see that 36,000 jobs have been lost at GE, at least in the USA.
The poster in #12 said bring back Right to Work. I completely agree. As long as we are trying to "stimulate" the economy by regulating the life out of businesses, sending our jobs overseas and throwing more and more money at a problem that just needs less regulation and less red tape so that small business cannot thrive and bigger businesses are not hiring we will continue to have huge unemployment.

You're half right. The administration realized that bills are most contentious before they leave Congress, as Congress is where bills are debated and there's time for changes to be made to them. Posting them five days before he signs them would have little to no effect. The administration realized this was futile and decided against it. Maybe they had an inkling of this futility before they announced they plan, which would make it at best a half-truth. You get a half point.

It is amazing how the leadership of today won't take the time to look back and consider the thoughts of our government founding fathers.
Also it is extremely sad that in 2011 we are still debating and entertaining the race issue. President Obama happens to be a man of color, so what. None of us are entirely made of one race whether you choose to accept it or not. The fact that there was so much time spent on locating a birth certificate was ridiculous. Time and money wasted. To say that all black people voted for him because he was a man of color is also false. Black people were only a small majority of who votied him into office.

The governmental transparency he promised never came to be. He and his administration have endeavored to erode our 4th Amendment rights through the TSA's unreasonable search and seizure guidelines, through the FBI now able to carry out surveillance and tracking without a warrant or even suspicion of wrongdoing, as well as through ICE confiscating web sites it deems are involved in illegal downloads or trademark infringement and they brag about these things.

The Politifact Truth-o-Meter says that out of about 300 statements of his that they've investigated, forty were found to be false, and four were found to be lies - which is the best record of any national-level politician. For comparison, John Boehner has had 44 statements investigated, of which 15 were found to be false, and one found to be a lie. Mitch McConnell has 10 statements, 3 false. Joe Biden, 44 statements, 6 false, 3 lies. John McCain, 165 statements, 38 false, 8 lies.
Your argument simply doesn't stack up. There is little evidence to support a claim that the President is dishonest, and none to support one that he's in the league of Warren Harding or Richard Nixon.
Obama, however, has made almost everything else astronomically worse. His stimulus went mostly to his corporate cronies, not to infrastructure. But even if it had gone to "create jobs," it wouldn't have helped much because Keynesian stimulus policies don't work, just like those of FDR didn't work. Instead they made the Great Depression far worse, and last far longer, than it otherwise would have.
The myths of the left have to be exposed if we are to embark on a plan that WILL turn this country and its economy around. Obama and his egregious failures must be stopped.
