After four straight road games, the Lady Trojan softball team is ready for some home cooking. They will get some this week, hosting a pair of region games as they play Greene County today and Morgan County Thursday. Both contests are scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. at the Trojan Athletic Complex on the campus of the middle school.

The team is 7-6 now after beating Green County last night. (3-1 region) They are playing very well this year with a fairly young team. The starting nine contains 3 freshmen, 1 sophomore, 2 juniors, and 2 seniors.

Lost 5-3 to Morgan County.

They will have an opportunity to beat Crawford County Thursday to secure third place in the region, going in to the tournament.
