Lamar County will travel to Macon Friday to take on Southwest Macon. The Trojans are 7-0 and in first place in Region 4-AA at 5-0 while the Patriots are 3-3 overall and 2-2 in region play. Lamar is averaging 38 points per game while allowing 12.

Trojan quarterback Maurice Bloodser (11) looks for a receiver and fires a touchdown pass during Friday’s 47-6 win over Crawford County. Bloodser had four carries for 44 yards and a touchdown. He also completed six of seven pass attempts for 115 yards and two additional scores.

Go Trojans! So proud of the football players, cheerleaders and band! Hope the band wears their uniforms for this game to show off : )

At least one. Lovett dropped out this week losing to Blessed Trinity but were replaced by North Oconee who is undefeated too but yet to play undefeated Elbert County so I would bet the loser of that game gives up its spot in the top ten to the Trojans as long as they keep winning. But only one ranking really matters and that's the one at the end of the season. GO BIG BLUE!!!
