I know it is frustrating and it makes me very angry but so many of you are placing blame on law enforcement and that is just wrong. It is their job to arrest them. It is their job to make sure that all protocols were followed correctly for the arrest. It is their job to present that to the court/jury. It is then in someone else's hand to hand down the punishment. Once in prison, isn't it the parole board that has the power to deny or approve parole?
In truth people, all of us are to blame for not getting more involved with our government and law makers. We should all push for tougher laws.
"if you do not like it then LEAVE!"
This is the United States of America and I have the right to live where ever the hell I please!!
I think their names have been on the list every time they have been arrested. What happens to them after the arrest is completely up to a judge...not the police. They do not hand down sentences.
