The Herald-Gazette has confirmed Morehouse College police chief Vernon Worthy was indicted today by the Lamar County grand jury on charges of false imprisonment, aggravated assault and pointing a gun at another. The charges arose out of a confrontation in which Worthy allegedly pulled a gun on a local man whom he claimed was trespassing.
Testimony at a magistrate court hearing last year, however, indicated Worthy was the trespasser.

Law enforcement declined to charge Worthy so he brought the charges personally.
Why did "Law Enforcement" fail to get involved?
But, THAT is why local law enforcement didn't get involved.
BTW, what experienced hunter would hunt over a plowed and planted field filled with deer forage without wondering which hunters did the work???!! I guess he thought the "Deer Fairy" planted & plowed the 300 yard field.
I guess Worthy thought the "Trespassing Fairy" put in those no trespassing signs that he took up to keep ya'll off the land that you had NO RIGHT to hunt!! Let's get it straight here, you were on the wrong land...end of story!
Even if you had been on the right land, Worthy still over reacted. Sorry you have such an idiotic friend, good luck next time choosing who you hunt with!!!!!

Was 3 things in place? ability opportunity and jeopardy. Sounds to me there were only 2 in place and this idiot was all for using deadly force.
Just because this man is a post certified idiot does that mean he can just pull his firearm at another individual. Sounds to me like he needs to take that gung-ho energy and apply it on some of those idiots at the college he is at and others alike inside 285 and then we can start working out way outwards.
If the level of conversation continues in this manner we will have no recourse but to deny comments to certain articles thereby limiting the amount of dialogue that takes place for the positive.

Do not ever ever ever point a gun at another individual unless you are 100% certain you are gonna pull the trigger. If you do, make sure these 3 things are in place. Ability, opportunity, and jeopardy must be present before you can used deadly force. Dont be like some of these other ppl that you read about just shooting because they are mad.
Dont sell drugs either. Go to school, get a job, work work work legally and you will be alright. Dont cut corners. What ever you buy is yours. Dont take from others. If you cant afford it, set it as a goal.
Dont be lazy. Use proper english. Not like you are in Harvard or something but talk and act right.
Pick up your feet when you are walking.
There was this obese fat nasty woman in the grocery store today with flip flops on and she refused to pick up her feet as she slid across the floor. How aweful is this. She is setting an example for her children to be lazy and she dont even realize it.
