Sheriff's Report

Between Monday, Jan. 2, and Thursday, Jan. 5, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests:
David Lee Walker, 38, Milner, probation violation;
Kameron Michael Andrews, 18, East Point, serving time;
John Robert Routhbauer, 60, Milner, aggravated assault;
Dominique Rasheen Lovett, 20, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act;
Donald Paul Koehler, 61, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and simple battery;
Joshua Wayne Bennett, 27, Barnesville, driving while license suspended or revoked;
Jacob Keith Place, 22, no address given, no charges listed;
Kristy Marie Roper, 28, Jackson, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and no seat belt.

Deputies answered 60 calls and the 911 center answered 38. Deputies responded to 10 calls, the Barnesville police department to seven, Lamar County firefighters to nine, Barnesville fire department to one and Mid-Georgia Ambulance to 20. There were five accidents. Deputies served three warrants and 13 traffic citations.
