A red 1995 Jeep Cherokee bearing Gwinnett County plates flipped several times in the median of Highway 41 near Shirley's Surplus this afternoon, snarling traffic and injuring two. One victim was life-flighted from the scene with neck injuries after being entrapped for some 40 minutes.
The Georgia State Patrol has identified the driver as 19-year-old Bianca Whitney McCloud of Fayetteville.
