In 2009, Jamarris Latuan Williams, the street thug accused of murdering local taxi driver John Dixson. chained a pit bull to a tree and left it for dead.

That should have been an indication to what this person is capable of. If a person can treat a defenseless animal in this way, then they have no regard for human life either.

How people treat animals, including physical abuse like kicking or beating and/or ignoring their trama or suffering, is a good indicator of how a person will treat other people.

I agree Cats! The booking photo of that dog abusing wannabe thug accused murderer is HORRIBLE. The photo of that helpless emaciated dog is sad too.
