As promised, after DeKalb County denied the move of Greenco’s controversial composting operation from Lamar County to a rock quarry there, Judge Tommy Wilson barred the company from operating here. The move came March 27 as Judge Wilson ordered it permanently shut down and padlocked as of 8 p.m. May 11.

To the best of my understanding the county even offered to move the material, but Judge Wilson still allowed Greenco 6 months, if needed, to move that pile of #$^%^ out.
When is our judicial system going to pay attention to honest homeowners who do not thumb their noses at their responsibilities? People who live near Greenco have to put up with the smell for how much longer??????????????????????
