Smith to be sentenced April 23

Bryce Arsenio Smith will appear in Lamar superior court April 23 for sentencing by Judge Bill Fears. Smith agreed to a plea deal and testified against Lakievius Eleby in his murder trial. The two, along with Shameik Spinks, were charged with murdering Gordon Student Danavan Bussey in November, 2010.
