Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Joseph Lance to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for BSM Financial, L.P. DBA Brokersource dated 9/1/2005 and recorded in Deed Book 546 Page 311, LAMAR County, Georgia records; as last transferred to Wells Fargo Bank, NA by Assignment filed for record in LAMAR County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 108,300.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of LAMAR County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June , 2012 (June 5, 2012), the following described property:
