Usually I see a slap on the wrist and they're back on the streets.
He must have an extensive history behind him.
Do you remember the "3 strikes- you're out" law?
That happened in Cali when I lived there. Not sure if it's nationwide, but by some of the same names we see in the police arrest report every week, I tend to think not.
I'm of the impression that building prisons might be a lucrative business.
