A huge crowd took advantage of great weather and packed the streets of Barnesville Saturday for the 39th annual Buggy Days parade.

I'd like to say thank you to the jerk in the red and white blazer who ran over my mailbox and several others in my neighborhood.

And another big thank you to the trash who threw beer bottles and other trash in my yard.

Buggy Days is so great.

Thank you to the Barnesville Clean up Crews. They always do an awesome job getting our City cleaned up every Buggy Days. On Sunday mornings you can't even tell there was ever a crown of folks dropping stuff on the ground all day long instead of walking over to a trash can and putting it away themselves.
We have a great City Crew.
Thank you for all that you do.

I agree with you Cathy.
I came to the JR Convenience store Sunday morning to buy the AJC before going to church and the town was spotless.
The city workers must stay up all Saturday night to clean.
