Gracie Kate Smith Van Houten, 90, of Barnesville, died Tuesday, March 31, 2009 in Eatonton. Services will be held Friday, April 3, in First Baptist Church of Barnesville.

Mrs. Van Houten (d.3.31.2009) was my aunt. Since there's no 'trackback' being shown on this website for her obituary I'd like to know which newspaper carried the official obituary and how I could get a copy.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Mrs VanHouten was a dear friend of my Mother,Thelma Horne, they were co-workers at Carter's. I remember Mrs VanHouten making fried pies and feeding them to my Mother on her death bed in 1970. I attended school with Marcus & Marsha, I am sorry I did not learn of her passing before the funeral. To the VanHouten family I share in your grief, but also remember a dear lady.
