At least two of the three Barnesville city councilmen up for reelection in November will face challengers who qualified Monday.
UPDATE: Incumbent Barnesville councilman Chris Hightower qualified late Monday. On Tuesday, Tracey Smallwood qualified threw her hat into the ring for a Milner city council seat.
