The #1 Lamar County Trojans played host to the Thomasville Bulldogs in the second round of the GHSA Class AA state football playoffs Friday night at Trojan Field and came away with a 38-20 win before a huge, raucous crowd.
Lamar built at 17-0 lead early and led 24-7 at the half and 31-7 halfway through the thrid period thanks to a stellar, 76-yard TD run by Quentin Frazer. Then, the wheels came off for awhile.
