Firefighters called investigators from the Lamar County sheriff's department to the scene of a mobile home fire that broke out at about 4 p.m. May 19 at 201 Midway Road.

"it was suspicious. It just didn't look right so we called in investigators from the sheriff's office to poke around in there, take pictures and try to determine what happened," fire chief Steve Andrews said.
