Alan Gravitt, 64, recently rode his recumbent bicycle from Lookout Mountain to St. Marys. His route brought him through Barnesville and Griffin where, not surprisingly, he received a warm welcome and some assistance.

Every time I hurt, feel broke down, crippled or
sorry for myself, I read this article. He is so amazing and such a positive person. I wish there were more like him. Sweet wife for support too! I bet that helped.
