Roberts recuperating at home
Susan Lowe Roberts is recuperating at home after surgery to remove a cancerous breast tumor. She has undergone several months of chemotherapy and expects to continue with more treatments as well as additional radiation treatments later this month.
Roberts was diagnosed with cancer seven weeks before her daughter Chelsie was to be born. She and her family request prayers as they fight her battle with cancer.
She is a pre-K paraprofessional at the primary school. A fund has been established at United Bank for donations to deter medical costs and other necessary expenses.

Keep it up Susan we know you will make a complete recovery. I hope to see you this year at school. Keep your head up and that positive attitude you always have. You have a beautiful little girl. You and the family our in our prayers. see you soon.
