Jimmie (Buzz) Burousas Jr., a Barnesville native, was apparently shot and killed in the driveway of his Concord home in Pike County July 1.
Burousas was the son of former Lamar County chief magistrate Jimmie Burousas Sr. and his wife, Bobbie.
No arrests in the case had been made at presstime Monday.
The body of the late Jimmie ‘Buzz’ Burousas Jr. was laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery in Barnesville Sunday afternoon. Burousas was the victim of an apparent murder in Concord.
