Two Barnesville teens were arrested and a third was on the run after attempting a robbery in Thomaston July 14 that would certainly qualify them for the Dumb Crook News – especially if they were wearing the Zorro masks.

This is a serious question.

How do the police keep track of criminals when they have weird names? Do the police search just for the first initial or do the computers they use pull up everything close to the spelling?

I'm a little young to be certain (I don't get the chance to say THAT very often) but the "white" man in the photo up top is the actor Errol Flynn.
And Zorro the fictional character was a Spaniard.
So how complicated do we want to make running this website for the folks who post these stories?

Is this what you call journalism???????? Seems that the facts need to be reviewed and then put out to the citizens. Shame on you Michele Ford for putting this BS out to your readers and then sending it to Barnesville for us to read. The victim was under the influence Friday night and was able to tell the truth about his experience. He was upset that they would not give him a ride so he wanted to get "even" according the 'victim'. If they ATTEMPTED to grab the cell phone what was the charge for these guys..... Seems the "Great officers" of Barnesville and Thomaston should consider using my tax dollars a little better and find the theives that are going around breaking into cars and taking furniture off people's porches... I would appreciate this a little better.
