Lamar Arts’ silent auction fundraiser is set for Thursday, Oct. 7, 7-9 p.m., at the home of Charles and Jean Dukes, 530 Thomaston St., Barnesville.
Original artwork will include wood turnings, paintings, photographs, pottery and jewelry. Rest and recreation opportunities will range from mountain cabins to the Homestead in Hot Springs. Auction goers may elect to learn French, throw a party or just enjoy a lively social evening at the home of Charles and Jean Dukes.
