Between Saturday, Feb. 19, and Friday, Feb. 25, the Barnesville police department made seven arrests:
Shane Cruz, 500 S. Columbia Dr., Decatur, possession of marijuana;
Meyoun Denson, 150 Robinson Rd., Barnesville, disorderly conduct;
Darrel Jenkins, 32 Jackson St., Barnesville, disorderly conduct;
Susie Parks, 32 Jackson St., Barnesville, disorderly conduct;
Natasha Thomas, 250 Mill St., Barnesville, disorderly conduct;
Michael Wilkerson, 107 Cameron Cir., Barnesville, driving while unlicensed and giving false name to law enforcement officer;
Billy Wright, 696 Hwy. 18, Barnesville, warrants from Lamar, Pike and Spalding counties.
Officers answered 56 calls for service including one accident, one alarm, 23 building security checks, one damage to property, two disturbances, one dog complaint, four domestics, 10 escorts, two fights, one fraud, four miscellaneous, three suspicious persons/vehicles, one terroristic threats and two traffic control. They issued 32 citations including one defective equipment, four disorderly conduct, one driving while unlicensed, one failure to yield, one giving false name to law enforcement officer, one loud music, one possession of marijuana, two seatbelt violations and 20 speeding.
