Alleged killer Ronald Eugene Smith made his first court appearance Feb. 1 before chief magistrate William Thomas and was bound over to superior court without bond on one count of malice murder. (video of the appearance after the jump)
The man charged in connection with the January 30 shooting death of 56-year-old Charles G. Adams here has been identified as Ronald Smith. Smith, 28, has been charged with murder and malice murder.
