Elrey “Bud” Runion, 69, and June Runion, 66, of Marietta died Monday, January 26, 2015.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday at Mount Paran North in Marietta with Dr. Mark Walker officiating. Interment will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton with Rev. Reggie Andrews officiating.
Bud and June were married for 38 years. Bud was the founder of Forever Grateful Ministries.
Survivors include their daughters and her step-daughter, Virginia Owens (Heath) of Cleveland, TN, Brittany Patterson (Joshua) of Acworth, GA, Stephanie Bishop (Craig) of Ball Ground, GA; three grandchildren; Bud’s two sisters, Alice Hopper of Stanley, NC and Mozelle Radke of Piedmont, SC; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to House of Hope, 11954 Cumming Hwy, Canton, GA.
Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta will be handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Marilyn Barron English, 76, of Liberty Hill Community, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015, at her home.
Mrs. English was born May 5, 1938 in the Liberty Hill Community, daughter of the late Claude and Elizabeth Manry Barron. She was a member of Rock Springs Congregational Methodist Church and a life-long member of the Marvin United Methodist Church in the Johnstonville Community. Mrs. English was formerly employed at the E & E Office Supply and William Carter Company. She loved and cherished her family.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Harry English of the Liberty Hill Community; three daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and David Haire of Milner, Vicki and Wayne Brantly of Barnesville and Missy and Gary Ware of the Liberty Hill Community; five grandchildren, Jeremy Haire, Brandon Haire and his fiancée, Lindsey Payton, Jason Brantly, Ashley Ware and Katie Buice and her husband, Jarad; three great-grandchildren, Ally Brantly, Veronica Brantly and Liam Buice; and a special aunt, Rebecca Dukes.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 Thursday, at Rock Springs Congregational Methodist Church with Dr. Benny Tate officiating. Interment will follow in the Liberty Hill Primitive Baptist Cemetery. The family will be at her home and receive friends at the church an hour before the service Thursday from 1:00 until 2:00.

Angela Jean Turner Warmack Brown, 48, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Kerry Brown; four children: Jonathan, Heath, Montana, and Nolan Warmack; two stepchildren, Michael and Zack Brown; two grandchildren, Calvin and Eli; her loving parents, Gene and Louise Turner; two sisters, Marilyn Turner Piper and Mary Jill Turner Springer and a brother, Edward Turner along with nieces and nephew: Madelyn Piper, Lydia Piper, Abigail Springer and Seth Turner. Arrangements will be announced by Breedlove Funeral Home.
Gene and Louise Turner are receiving friends and family at their home located at 302 Yatesville Road.
