Also a co-worker @ prison. Think of him every time I ride by his Chruch. He gave his life for our freedom on earth. God gave his life for our freedom of sin. I am so grateful.
I love you my brother I Miss you everyday. I would rather have you here then have a street named in your memory. Rest in peace. I know I will never forget you
This is a true honor. I know renaming a road will never take the place of Davy, but this is a very fitting tribute to a true hero. I am very grateful for what he did for our country. God bless him and his family!
there is not going to be a procession but every one who can is welcome to come to the ceremony.

I am so grateful to the state for choosing to name a section of Hwy 36 after Davy. What a privilege it will be for our son's to drive down a road that is named after their daddy! We miss you Davy more than you will ever will know! You will always be our Hero!!
Iserved with MSG Weaver as a fellow ETT in Zabul Province, Afghanistan. We were company mentors with fire bases near each other. He always had the best attitude and that southern hospitality! I am so glad that a section of highway is being named in his memory. The fine State of Georgia is doing this right. His family should be proud. He loved Nascar, training the Afghan Army(2/2/205 Corps)and having a good laugh. I, personally, miss my good friend. Billy Ray Reeves II.
