Yost, Clark cases to be heard by grand jury

The cases against alleged killers Jennifer Clark and Kenneth Michael Yost will go before the Lamar County grand jury in September.

The pair is charged with murder for allegedly beating Clark's ex-husband Donald Clark to death with a metal baseball bat last November and dumping his body in a Redbone cornfield where it was found on Christmas eve, 2008.

I was just curious about the "hearing regarding terminating Jennifer Clark’s parental rights to custody of an infant son" because I thought that the baby died. I found this obit...

Brody Elijah Clark-Rushing, infant son of Jennifer Lynn Clark and Jeffrey Justin Rushing, died Dec. 17, 2008, in Lamar County. Services were held Sunday, Dec. 21, at 3 p.m. in Crestlawn Cemetery in Eatonton.

I think that is a diff. Jennifer Clark, Her baby's daddy was that Yost guy I believe.

has Michael always followed the pied piper and done her bidding or what feelings was he trying to show for the deceased, since her's was her great love for Donald.

I think that Jenni never stopped loving Donald, and I don't think she ever entended to carry on a relationship for any length of time with Michael. I also don't think she planned to get pregnant by him. He was considerably younger than her husband, and in the beginning they were just having fun because he made her feel young. He became very controlling after a while, and decided to get back with her husband. Obviously, he got mad because she didn't want him anymore, and his baby would be raised by her and Donald instead of him and her, and that really pissed him off. I've read some of the letters he's sent her, and he really is psychotic. Talk about a real FATAL ATTRACTION!!!

Did you ever meet Jenniffer she is a real nutt job and had tried before to hit Donald in the head with a bll bat and he (Donald) woke up and Yost wasn't even around then so her great LOVE for Donald where the ???? did you hear that from, Yost was just stupid to help her.

The Jennifer Clark that your talking about is my cousin and no .. this is a different Jennifer. Pretty strange that they both live in Barnsville though! But no .. cases have NO RELATION!
