Maxi's Restaurant on Market Street is having a wine tasting party Thursday, Sept. 17, at 7 p.m. with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Triple B's team and the Atlanta Breast Cancer 3 Day.
The cost is $25 per person. Participants will learn tips on choosing wines for any occasion and with different menus and sample reds, whites and dessert wines. Bill Cherry will lead the wine tasting.
