Gavin Hernandez Roberts, 20, Barnesville, possession of alcohol underage;
Bobby Franklin Ferguson Jr., 25, Barnesville, probation violation;
Craig Grayland Simmons, 55, Jackson, disorderly conduct;
Jermaine Fambro, 27, Milner, probation violation;
Leonard Harvey Nipper, 63, Barnesville, DUI less safe and no tail lights;
Jessica Lynn Bowers, 22, Milner, aggravated assault and cruelty to children;
Charlie Frank Perdue, 54, Griffin, arrested for Spalding County;
Leonard Bates Jr., 28, Savannah, failure to appear;
Emily Marie Allmond, 18, Macon, possession of marijuana;
Mark Lee Whaley II, 18, Lizella, possession marijuana and failure to maintain lane;
Matthew Dean Little, 20, Warner Robins, possession of marijuana;
Jarred Clay Smith, 28, Barnesville, violation of conditions of limited driving permit;
Jenifer Green, 42, Griffin, arrested for Spalding County;
Charles S. Mann, 53, Barnesville, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of cocaine and manufacturing marijuana;
Matthew Jay Mann, 20, Commerce, possession of marijuana;
Christopher Jeffery Arnold, 18, Locust Grove, possession of alcohol underage;
Ronald Eugene Baskin Jr., 25, Atlanta, probation violation.
Deputies answered 140 calls, responded to 13 traffic accidents, served 13 warrants and 26 civil papers and/or subpoenas and issued 69 citations. Lamar County E-911 received 59 emergency calls, dispatching county deputies to 15, Barnesville police to 19, county fire and rescue to 23, city fire to three and EMS to 37.

i guess judge kathy martin will cut the city employee a break but throws the book at us simple folk.

what is the name of the employee that got a dui, can a citizen please post it. i was not aware.
