Judge Christopher Edwards deferred his decision on bond for accused killer Teresa Burousas pending a mental evaluation. Edwards ordered competency testing at a bond hearing this morning (September 23) in Pike County superior court.
She knew what she was doing that day and she should have to pay the penalty for it just like the other people that kill. Buzzie was a good man and didnt deserve this. Anyone can play crazy and get by with it. It was murder plain and simple give her the death penaly and her father do for helping her
Can someone explain to me what makes a person unable to stand trial? I truly do not understand. Please help me with an answer.

Since you are supporting my run for POTUS in 2026, this humble hard working GC student with limited knowledge of the court system will proffer a limited explanation.
Upon consulting with 'my momma old boyfriend', Ben Dover, of Hooke, Lyne & Sinker Law Firm, he related if a defendant is really "CRAZY" as determined by US Code Title 18 Sec 4241, that person must not be tried until deemed to be competent in order to participate with their own defense.
On the other hand, if the defendant is "CRAZY LIKE A FOX", local court rules will apply. Barring a change of venue, in my opinion, Pike County judiciary sometimes 'sways in the wind' according to who is being tried.
If you need further clarification, I will be elated to assist with Ben Dover AGAIN!
