Judge Christopher Edwards deferred his decision on bond for accused killer Teresa Burousas pending a mental evaluation. Edwards ordered competency testing at a bond hearing this morning (September 23) in Pike County superior court.

Upon consulting with 'my momma old boyfriend', Ben Dover, of Hooke, Lyne & Sinker Law Firm, he related if a defendant is really "CRAZY" as determined by US Code Title 18 Sec 4241, that person must not be tried until deemed to be competent in order to participate with their own defense.
On the other hand, if the defendant is "CRAZY LIKE A FOX", local court rules will apply. Barring a change of venue, in my opinion, Pike County judiciary sometimes 'sways in the wind' according to who is being tried.
