A local man was indicted by the September term Lamar County grand jury on 28 counts of sexual exploitation of children.

This is just sick!!!! How in the world can somebody do stuff like this? I just makes me sick to my stomach!!! I have two little girls and as a mother you have to try and protect your child from these evil people. I find myself sometimes wondering why people are looking at my children and telling them not to talk to people, and they ask why and they dont understand, but this is why because of sick people like this. You never know who is going to hurt children.

Wonder why it was not released as to how he got the porn to download?? Was he vidoe tapping these minors himself?? Could someone else be in volved here??

Id say they need to bring back public hangings now. Let the whole community buy tickets to witness these people that are found guilty of a certain class crime and let everyone see what will happen to you if you do such. They are a burdon on society and should have to suffer elsewhere.
The sale of the tickets would also generate money for the city for various projects.

He dont need to go to court or jail for what he did.We will have to feed and take care of him.Thats right he need to hang for that.

Shows just how intelligent you people are. Number one rule: You cant believe everything. There was no intent of distributing the porn. The porn was downloaded from Limewire. When canceled and not properly erased Limewire will open that file and download it every time someone opens the program. Limewire was used by everyone in the house. He is not the man you think he is. He never went out and molested anyone, he never raped anyone, he never hurt anyone. Your words are empty and ignorant. You did not know him. You did not see him work his ass off for the past 21 years to make sure his wife and his children had food, clothing, a place to lay their head at night, an education, etc... He made a mistake, and payed dearly for it.

Side note- in response to the mother.
Parents if you give a damn about your children be very mindful of what your child looks at on the web, and know who your children are hanging out with, their greatest danger comes from their peers. This is truth. You alone are responsible for your children.

And those of you who call for public execution, YOU are the sick ones.

He may never have molested anyone or ever have the intent to do that, and he may also have been a good father and husband but either way you look at it, it was wrong it he should be punished for the crime. And just a little information for you talking about nobody knows him and you think everybody cares about how good he was, the Law doesnt give a crap about how hard he worked or how good he was to his family, he got caught doing something illegal so get over it.

What in the he!! was he doing down loading porn and it being of a child!! I would not want him to be near my children or his own!! He is wanting to watch this, then he has a sick fantasy in his head and if you want to sit there and be dumbfounded as you can be, you just go ahead!! Maybe you are just as sick as he is??!!........

It must be a trying time for everyone since he has not been tried and convicted. I've been there. Are you sure he was the person who downloaded the vids? Were other people using the puter? Were they Russian or Polish girls made to appear young? Did LimeWire have a virus? Who was the director?

HOW DID HE GET CAUGHT? Just curious.

You better face facts.

It is true some web sites or links that are sent around capture your computer and take you to porn sites, and that when you try to close the window it just opens a new window, but there is always an off or reset button. There is always pressing control/altenate/delete at the same time and using the shutdown task.

If there was more than one full length kiddie porn in the system, it was intentionally downloaded. Someone is responsible for that and should pay the price.

You people are nuts. This is a thought crime. How many of you go to movies to watch people being butchered, shot, hurt, etc.? How many have looked at regular porn? (prostitution is illegal). How many of you watched the americans heads be cut off by the arab terrorists? You sickos. Did any of you go out and do any of that stuff? Would you want to be put to death for that? Do you all live in trailer parks? I feel bad for the human race if you all are examples. How about praying for the guy. That's probably as far as he ever would have gotten.

You my friend are an idiot. 1.Adult Porn is not prostitution it is actually legal. 2. A head being cut off has nothing to do with child porn. 3. The guy is not being put to death for what he did. 4. i will pray for him that he whatever punishment he gets will work and he wont never do it again. 5.And what the heck do beheaded arab terrorists and regular porn and scary movies and people living in trailer parks have to do with a guy that got caught looking at and downloading child pornography (which is illegal if you didnt know)? not a damn thing you ignorant douche.

No... soft porn is legal where you live. Hard porn is not. Watching americans get beheaded by the taliban is just as sick as watching naked little children. They are both a violation of the person in question. The guy looked at the stuff on his computer just as others have looked at other things (like "Faces of Death", gang rapes, etc.)... probably in his room... I'm guessing with the door locked. He probably used a peer to peer program to download... they upload too! The guy probably wasn't even aware of the upload. I'm guessing others in the house used the peer to peer program too. When they did... they were uploading the stuff too (if the the download was never terminated). There's Georgia's "intent to distribute". ... I looked on a website for child sex offenders. There's 30 living within 5 square miles of me. True... it's a perverted interest but... I really don't believe these guys (maybe a few women too) ever touched children in any kind of sexual way. Just as the perverts who look at regular porn, gang bang scenes, etc have never done any of that stuff to women. I believe the perverts who look at the child porn... that's as far as they ever go. You all want to do something? Get the ISP's to control that stuff better. The internet is free reign... anything goes. ... I think if the guy stands trial in Lamar county... with a sampling the mob mentality in this forum and Georgia having some of the toughest laws in the country on this issue... he doesn't stand a chance. ... I think they should change the venue and move the trial to Atlanta. Actually... like I said... he's probably like some of you "normal" perverts. By that I mean... he has probably never done anything to anyone in his life. If he has no record. I think a fine, a couple years of intense counseling, maybe an ankle bracelet, heavy probation and not bearing able to be alone with small children (under the penalty of jail time) would be enough. He's probably already lost his job, maybe his family and his future as a registered sex offender looks dim at best. The shock and knowing what lies ahead has probably punished him enough already. Heck he's been on the front page of the redneck Barnesville's Newspaper and people are calling for his electrocution, lethal injection and hanging. I hope none of you ever get caught in a humiliating situation. Remember... the test of character is what you all do in private when nobody is watching.

I think that it is completely sick. If they are full length videos that it was done on purpose. Even if it was just one downloaded and the others just "happened" to download themselves it is still a felony no matter how u look at it. If lime wire was used by everyone in the house then why didn't someone else delete the videos? In my opinon everyone in the house is guilty because the all knew about it. As a monther this makes me sick to my stomach to think of the things some people will do to or with children and so close to my house. It makes a mother sit back and think if her kids are even safe plating in their own yard. If he was looking at porns of other kids I ask you this, given the chance what would he done to his own kids or his kids friends? For all of you on here that are defending him, you are just as sick as he is because you are trying to justify kids being sexually abused, and you are just as messed up in the head as he is! I hope that he pays to the fullest for what he has done and even if he does not God has final judgement and will not let he be given a light sentance I promise you that.
