Former local Southern Christian Leadership Conference president Claude Holloway was granted a $35,000 property bond following an emotional hearing before Judge Bill Fears October 8.

Do these people think folks are stupid?? Mental issue? I think not! Why would you try to run over an elderly citizen with a tractor regardless if the somebody else had a gun? This does not add up. Who does the law in Lamar County protect? Certainly not it's law abiding citizens.
