Airstrip approved with conditions
The Lamar County commission moved toward approval of a controversial airstrip in the Redbone community at its regular meeting Oct. 13.
and comment # 5 : "a better class of families" is NOT going to move to Lamar county,why should they?crime,meth,crack,pot,no employment,poor schools,little gangs of punks roaming all over down town with their pants half down around their waists,over half the population speeks some form of street language that no one can understand.
If so then I can say poor planning on comm. part.
Planning I think means good planning not just what friend wants what.
The biggest problems that an airstrip is going to cause are pilots avoiding deer on takoff and landing. The rest of you will probably never notice anything different.
