A Bibb County woman lost control of her car in a sharp curve while apparently traveling at a high rate of speed and crashed into the cemetery at Bethel Baptist Church October 22.

What do they charge someone with that does this? Is it better to run away then stay to get your DUI ticket? Do they go to jail for this?

Yes, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage is an arrestable offense.
Proving DUI would be very difficult, though, if it even had any relevance.
