Between Friday, Oct. 16, and Thursday, Oct. 22, the Lamar County sheriff's department made eight arrests:
Dana Ellis McKenzie, 27, Stockbridge, open container, DUI and weaving over roadway;
Matthew Duane Huey, 31, Griffin, probation violation;
Jose Valencia, 19, Forest Park, giving false name to police;
Jesus Malonado-Gonsales, 22, Forest Park, giving false name to police, weaving over roadway and driving without a license;
Jennifer Lynn Brock, 22, Barnesville, probation violation;
Cornelius Walker, 23, Barnesville, battery;
George Fambro Jr., 46, Barnesville, child support default;
Jamie Johnson Evans, 35, Barnesville, probation violation and four counts child support default.
Deputies answered 151 calls, responded to 19 traffic accidents, served 16 warrants and 15 civil papers and/or subpoenas, and issued 63 citations. Lamar County E-911 received 101 emergency calls, dispatching sheriff’s deputies to 32, Barnesville police to 27, county fire and rescue to 26 and EMS to 66.

If you ask me, they need to keep Miss Brock in jail and let her dry up some! Teach her a leason!
