Voters in two Barnesville wards have until today at 5 p.m. to cast their advance vote for two city council races.
Polls inside the old Martin Building at 408 Thomaston Street (now the Board of Elections office) will be open from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and again from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

























The frigging school board is on a spending spree and taxes are too high now. Vote no on increased taxes. Say no to higher city and county taxes. Say yes to higher sheriffs tax.
Promise everyone candy. You can do that without even figuring out who is going to pay for it. After all, to get elected just promise freebies.
Vote No on taxes.
Vote Yes on new taxes.
Vote to increase the debt.
Vote to do stuff without telling anyone.
Vote behind closed doors then come out and vote again.
Ask the people what they want and give them something else.

Support whoever supports you then turn your back on them when you get find a new supporter.
A supposed candidate for the City Council, on Forsyth St. with his sign, supposedly waving at persons, at almost sundown. This almost caused a couple of accidents.
If this is the carelessness of the candidates for city hall, I am glad I dont vote for city council persons. I would be obliged to speak out against this kind of carelessness.
