A trained police officer would not have held a gun to the head of another person (whose hunting rifle had already been set aside) yelling that he would kill him and start calling his buddies out to the scene.
A real trained police officer may have pointed his weapon up until the rifle had been set aside, then would have contacted the proper authorities to the scene.
Rooks is lucky that this "Highly trained officer" (lol) did not shoot first then stage the scene to look like self defense.
HOW DO YOU KNOW? WERE YOU THERE? NO!! YOU ARE JUST GUESSING! YOUR JUSTICE WILL SHOW WHO IS INNOCENT OR GUILTY!! IF THEY GO BY THE LAW! LAMAR COUNTY MAKES A CIRCUS OUT OF THEMSELVES. GET QUALIFIED PEOPLE IN THESE SEATS INSTEAD OF THE BUDDY SYSTEM-THINGS WILL WORK OUT BETTER!
To # 1.1 you obviously have not read any of the facts. This has absoultely nothing to do with other officer or officials being qualified or not being qualified. Definately sounds like another race card coming down the pipes. Thank goodness that Rooks is following thru with this so that he want try this on anyone else. Looks like you are the circus with all your caps.
Well Worthy better be paying for those attorneys. If it's found that our taxes (thus the state) is paying for them, then I think that he should be charged with defrauding the state also since this isn't a state issue.
I don't think Nathaniel will let it go. I doubt he is having to pay for the State to prosecute this person. I hope the D.A. won't let it go either. One scary thought.... is Worthy back in the woods again this year?
