Terrance Childs, a Trojan defensive back injured in the Lamar-North Oconee game Friday night, was released from the hospital over the weekend.

There was another football injury on Saturday during the Rec. Dept. games. Any news on him?

working on this for print but heard he was doing okay and out of hospital.

he is still not released after 3 days in the hospital.he was diagnosed with a contusion on his spine and is having more tests run.his name is donovan pope and he plays for the tigers

We are all praying for him. He is such a sweet, sweet child and excellent football player. Cody said "Get Well Soon!" Please keep us updated.

Sorry to hear about Donovan, he and my son Jacob were buddy's. I hope that he is ok. Our prayers are with you guys.

Donavan was released from the hospital last night. He is doing well, and happy to be home. We are very appreciative of the overwhelming support we have recieved from those, not only in Lamar, but also Pike county.
