Sheriff's investigators and state troopers continue to search for an older model Ford F-150 pickup truck involved in a hit-and-run accident here December 3.

So not that getting hit on foot a week and a half ago was bad--he and his three kids were on the way to my house in Williamson yesterday & were run off the road into a ditch and the man fled the scene. What is wrong with the people in Barnesville?! I cannot get over how inconsiderate people have been. I'm definitely not coming to Barnesville ANY time soon!

OH MY GOODNESS I hope he and his children are ok! Maybe he might need to stay put for awhile stay off are anywhere near the road. I hope his luck changes SOON!!

Atlanta st. and mill st. are full of nothing act drugs. you in ahead and raise a family in all that junk but 9 times outta 10 your child want be a normal kid. i mean be for real who would want to raise kids up around drugs. people that do drugs and have kids and the chemicals harming them should get lethal injection:) they need to get what they deserve for puttin a child thru that.

Thankfully, I as an "outsider" don't visit Barnesville too frequently unless it's to pick my brother up after being hit or run off the road!! I think some people need to learn some courtesy and common sense when it comes to driving. My brother could have been killed, along with my nieces and nephew--so whoever it was that did this to him deserves the fullest punishment of the law!!!!!

# 3...Do you really know anything abt mill street..evidently not..raised on mill street all my life...the lower half..dnt judge mill street by what you see on the upper part because the lower parts are very quiet so please get your information correct before you go assuming things...never has been offered or on druds and I damn sure wasnt raised around it so please get your facts straight

Excuse me but DRUGS are EVERYWHERE it dosent matter what town you live in or what STREET you live on you can live in the upmost upper class neighborhood! Where people live, the town ,the street is not the problem the way a person turns out to be in my opinion has nothing to do with the TOWN in which they live in nor the street they lived on People make CHOICES THEY CHOOSE THERE LIFE AND THE WAY THEY LIVE IT! The one thing that I CANNOT STAND is to hear sum one say "YEA HE/SHE IS A CRACKHEAD BUT LOOK WHAT THEY WAS RAISED IN LOOK WHERE THEY GREW UP" B@LL$H@T thats just an excuse for the weak as long as they tell their self that they have a good excuse to be a drug addict THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DO! I GREW UP IN THE WORST NEIGHBORHOOD IMAGINABLE FATHER WAS AN ACOHOLIC MOTHER ADDICTED TO PAIN KILLERS TWO BROTHERS ON DRUGS MY CHILDHOOD HOUSE WAS A DUMP NOW MY CHOICE OF WHAT I WAS GOING TO BECOME IN LIFE WAS NOT AN ACOHOLIC NOT A PILL HEAD NOT A DRUG ADDICT YES IT WOULD HAVE BEEN "EASIER" TO BE ALL THOSE THINGS AND "GUESS WHAT" I WOULD HAVE HAD SEVERAL EXCUSES TO DO JUST THAT! Its a choice simple as that "IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TOWN,THE STREET,OR THE COMUNITY IN WHICH YOU LIVE THAT IS NOT WHAT MAKES A PERSON WHO THEY ARE OR WHO THEY BECOME"So whether sum one becomes a school teacher or a crackhead its a "CHOICE" you cannot blame it on the crackhead around the corner or the sweet little old school teacher next door
