Mrs. Margie Elizabeth Maynard Caldwell of Abbott Road died Jan. 27. Visitation will be held at Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home in Thomaston from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 29 at 3 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church on Yatesville Road.

I lost my Mother at the age of 17, I have been fortunate to have had several "Mother figures" while attending Antioch Baptist Church, Ms Margie was certainly one of them. She will be dearly missed by me, my family and all of us at Antioch.

Margie Caldwell was a lady in every sense of the word. She always had a smile and a kind word to say, and she will be missed in our community. We have known her for many years and loved her very much. We are comforted, just as her family is, that we will again see Mrs. Margie one day in heaven.
