What has failed to come out is: WHY this is happening? Yes my taxes are much higher than what I expected to pay but I believe they are coming in line to what is being paid in the surrounding metro counties. I think it is the local media’s responsibility to explain to its readers what is the motivation or rational behind this drastic measure.
I always felt this person never severed her ties with the real estate agent she represented. I felt that was a conflict of interest. I have no quarrel with the assessors having a realestate license, I do have a quarrel with them being affiliated with a real estate company. I feel this is the action she followed, and from my standpoint a conflict of interest.
Your comment is not correct according to law. If a real estate agent as an active license, that agent must be affiliated with a real estate company. The other opition for a real estate agent is to place their license in an inactive status and would be unable to perform the duties of a real estate agent while the license is inactive.
According to law, the commission can remove Dziedzic. She can ask a court to intervene but the county does not have to rely on a court order to oust her, county officials said today.
After posting the GA Code on this, I said that in comment section of another article on this situation and was told I couldn't read and needed to stick my foot in my mouth. Wonder who has their foot in their mouth now!!!
