Jurors in the Ronald Smith murder case have been dismissed from the courthouse and will return at 9 a.m. Thursday to begin their deliberations.

It sounds to me like Mr.Smith was telling the truth.People need to stop listen to rumors and reading that paper.

It sounds to me like if you had heard the testimony you would not be writing crap about Mr. Smith telling the truth. Learn a little about what you are talking about before you start spouting junk on the blog.

I guess you don't know what you're talking about i heard the entire case. And i say it was an accident. But really only Ronnie and the good Lord knows the truth. He has made mistakes but he is no murderer.

He is lying. why would your finger be on the trigger period. Further more why would it be on the trigger if you are trying to get the shell out. Why would there be a round chambered into a 30-06 to begin with. If there is a round hung up inside the bolt of the gun it cant go off anyway. It has to be completely closed.
