Just throw your money away. When this county is in desperate need of a center that has something to offer all ages, This is just a day care. I'm looking for someone to help me have something for the community.I hope they made specifecs for the money and plan to follow up.

It is so funny to me that people that probably would never step foot at the Lamar Co Activity Center have so much to say. Many of you that want to know where the money is going should do one of two things ask yourselves, "Have I gone out to the community center to see whats going on" or "Have I donated anything or given any of my time to this agency for me to have to worry about this". This is dedicated to all you low lifes that post ridiculous comments about stuff you dont know about!!!!!

Congratulations to the Activity Center. I am a teacher and hear straight from my students mouths that the activity center helps them with their homework/school work. There are positive things going on there. This center is an extension of the learning that takes place at our schools and for the parents that do help at home. Keep up the good work. It DOES take a village (community) to raise children in today's society!

His head is not 1/4 the size of that "hog head" that O.J. Simpson has on his sholders.
