Between Sunday, Jan. 31, and Friday, Feb. 5, the Lamar County sheriff's office made the following arrests:
Jamarcus Chambliss, 20, Macon, possession of alcoholic beverages under age 21;
Jarvis Edwin Wilson, 23, Griffin, bench warrant;
Amber Nicole Lynch, 20, Conyers, serving time;
Emory Scott Mead, 37, Lizella, warrants pending;
Theresa Allison Dunbar, 36, Forsyth, arrested for another agency;
Stephine Alexander Newton, 28, Barnesville, warrants pending;
Tabius Rashard Foster, 22, no address given, criminal use of object with an altered identification mark;
Lajarurs Evans, 25, Barnesville, arrested for another agency;
James Richard Manry, 35, Thomaston, possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of methamphetamine, traffic misdemeanor and speeding;
James Russell Brooks, 35, Barnesville, probation violation;
Carlton Antonio Adams, 21, Barnesville, failure to appear;
Peggy Sue Brown, 42, Barnesville, contempt of court;
Corey Bernard Mangham, 31, Barnesville, failure to appear;
Stephanie Amanda Goddard, 19, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and no tail lights;
Joseph Christopher McCoy, 25, Peachtree City, probation violation;
Benjamin Matthew Reece, 38, Milner, child support;
Maurice Quintrel Jackson, 26, Monroe, battery.
Deputies answered 104 calls, responded to six traffic accidents, served 10 warrants and 19 civil papers and/or subpoenas and issued 53 citations. 911 received 78 emergency calls, dispatching deputies to 22, city police to 27, county fire and rescue to 20, city fire and rescue to one and EMS to 28.
