I had lunch from Maxi's on Market today. A pork chops, green beans, potatoes and gravy, butter beans and corn bread. The meat and veggies were very tasty but the corn bread tasted like that crap you make from a box, Jiffy I think it is. That is the worst excuse for cornbread ever and Maxi's should be ashamed for peddling that garbage in an establishment that claims to serve fine southern cusiine.

Hey I thought the cornbread was delicious! Just goes to show some like it sweet, some like it dry. Nice job Maxi and Mo! Here's to your success.
