HAHA! Guess that just shows the police are taking everyone to jail...regardless of age! Apparently it was the old folk's turn this week...maybe the kids will be back in jail next week.

#2 You are SO RIGHT!! But SOON the county, some of it's most important employees who have bonds, a few judges and others will be facing a suit that will cost the county hundreds of thousands of dollars! It wouldn't have happened if they weren't trying to cover up BLATANT MISCONDUCT and violations of Oaths of office! The starting point is getting it out of the county for someone else to see exactly what is going on because there is no help from the higher ups here! They will be sorry they didn't listen because they were warned of this misconduct and made the choice to cover up and deny prosecution instead of doing the right thing and getting these people who are breaking the laws out of office! Perjury, Forgery, Kidnapping, Conspiracy and Treason are serious charges and punishable by law but you can't start here it. From the bottom to the top, including Superior Court Judges who say they are not obligated to report the misconduct of officials and who have been covering up these violations of law for years will have to answer to someone that has nothing to do with this county. Public Records will be pulled and scrutinized and it will be DEEP! Barnesville is known for covering up Official misconduct and that cannot go on forever! The FBI investigates violations of civil rights when you can't get the county to investigate, act or prosecute but it does take time and lots of work! However there is always recourse to be found outside the county!

well it looks like the sheriff is doing his job to me by arresting all the idiotic people in this town. This town has been on a downfall and its about time that someone steps in and puts their foot down.

So because he was 76 they should have let him go? That's about as dumb as it can get. Glad you have no authority here in Lamar.

Sometimes... There is no justice until you hit them in the pocket book! However, during the course of a lawsuit of any kind, if criminal laws have been broken PROSECUTION of higherups is inevitable! Has anyone read The Monroe Reporter? Our judges and our DA violate the law every day in court. AT SOME POINT... THERE HAS TO BE A MEANS TO AN END!

#3, I agree with you! I hope that you are right because I know all to well about the level of corruption is this county (in all areas of government). I can only hope that someone has contacted a much higher up agency that is in no way affiliated with this county who can look at many years of corruption and illegal activity. The taxpayers are the ones being punished in this town because all of our taxpayers go to these people who don't do their jobs. The don't want to do their jobs because they are either having their pockets padded by criminals or the criminals know something on them!!! I would love to see the FBI do a deep cleaning around here. We could fill the jail twice with local officials who break the laws!
