In a superior court hearing that began earlier than anticipated Thursday morning, accused killer Jennifer Clark entered not guilty pleas to the array of charges against her.

Brenda, I wasn't too happy about it being heard early either, I was there at 9am and it was already over but I want you to know that I was there for Donald too!! I love you cousin! The family will always be there!!!
Mr. Clark's family is coming into this at a disadvantage already. They are missing their loved one while the defendant shows her defiance for others and the law just by existing.
And then to have the hearing start early? I'm sure this was upsetting to them.
This whole waste of taxpayer's money- I mean trial- has to go on; our country is founded on certain tenets, and the right to a fair trial is one of them.
I pray for patience and strength for the family of Mr. Clark. Justice will be served. Please know that.
Are some people so ignorant that they forget what "innocent until proven guilty" means? The attitude that one is automatically guilty just "because" is pathetic. This isn't an American legal rule, it's a rule followed by most throughout the history of mankind, including many great men and women of the Bible.
This rule is in place for a reason, because the attitude of "guilty no matter what" without a proper forum to discover the proof, well, one only has to look at history to see what happens, lynchings, burning at the stake, etc.
Those with an attitude of guilty first are no better than those who lynched and burned innocent people, in the hopes of catching the guilty ones.
Is she guilty? YOU don't know, no one knows but her and GOD and maybe any possible witnesses to the event, which is for the DA to worry about, not YOU.
That is why there is to be a trial. Then it's up to the DA to present accurate proof to show her guilt, and up to the jury to render their agreement to the guilt, then up to the judge to sentence her with a proper sentence.
I sure hope many of you with the "guilty unless proven innocent" attitude are not selected as jury members, because if she IS guilty and if it's found that jurors were biased, then it could feasibly set her free for life, on any future appeals.
If you consider nothing else, you should consider at least that, because attitudes like yours are what lets some of the guilty go free. I bet this sure wouldn't be very pleasing to Donald Clark's family!
Sure she's guilty. She started to do it before she ever left him to go off with Yost. Donald told me that himself. The truth will come out, but nobody wins.
Pam, we love you too and we are a close family no matter what so when the hard times come we know we can count on each other. Although it was upsetting not to be there for the actual plea at least we got step one out of the way. So now comes step two it will be a long process but I have faith in the legal system and talk often with everyone involved with handling this case they are all wonderful people and are keeping us informed sometimes things happen beyond our control if it didn't Donald would still be with us. We all love and miss you Bubba and soon you will get justice because there are still people her to fight for you!
Brenda I was incarcerated with Jen.And i would just like 2 say i pray 4 your family.Just by meeting her i think something is off with the girl.Just the look in her eye.She talks about Donald like he is still alive.my personal opinion is if she did not do it she had something 2 do with it.My heart goes out 2 u and your family.I was incarcerated with her for 5 months so i got 2 know her a little bit.
She knows whta she done!! Donald will have justice!! Its only a matter of time before her pretty little head is being rubbed every nite by a big girl named ronda
To the bible thumper. I believe it says in the bible an eye for and eye. vengence is my said the lord. That does not mean that we can not fight for justice. And to the person that says she looks and acts crazy. Bull. She is as sane as the next joe blow in jail saying they are innocent when they are guilty. Doesn't matter. Our family knows she is guilty and she knows it. God sure doesn't tell us in the bible to lay down and take someone murdering our own in with our kids in the room next door either. The only thing she is worth is my prayer. That GOD allows us and the jury to deal with her swiftly and justifiably. To bad it can't be done to her what she done to my family and Donald. But this I have no doubt about. Not only will the justice system deal with her but GOD will deal with her and she will burn fo all eternity. Fire and brimstone is really to nice for her but it will do.
You do not know what you are talking about. Christions don't judge until the facts are in place. all people involed are hurting even her family. What you are doing is cruel and unkind.
I regreat that our news paper prints such nasty and unkind remarkes befor the facts are given and even then its not up to us to judge.
the Bible say if you have not sin then throw the first stone.
Your intelligence is only exceeded by that of a grapefruit. Do you think she beat him to death with love licks? I wish Donald's family could love her back, with double the love.
As amember of his family I can tell you that I would like nothing better, but I however have enough humanity to realize that this is not an option. I hope that we can continue these legal proceedings in a timely matter so that the family and especially his dhildren can move on knowing that justice has been served!!!
