Barnesvile police recovered the items in the accompanying photo when they arrested a known thief on Honeysuckle Lane earlier this month.

And I know naked people run around on Honeysuckle Lane but they have baby shower robbers too?

it was jerome mcfadden. my gitlfriend was awakened at 2 am by the dogs barking. she went to the door to tell them to be quiet and she saw a black male, with a gift bag of sorts rambeling through my car. she screamed for him to go away and he casually walked away up the street. 911 was called and with the help of Freddy Oats, this lil POS was nabbed within a few minutes.

an interesting caveat, he had been out of prison for just 2 weeks. with her description to Freddy, he knew who it was before catching this guy. Freddy stated that since this guy had been released, auto enteries and thefts in this area were being reported almost daily.

i wish we had left the dogs out that night...

Jerome is a non violent person but he is a mental health patient. He was in my cell block at Georgia Diagnostic prison 6 or so years ago when F house was mental health. He just cant stay out of trouble. He has been to prison numerous times.

Well that's just great, now we have somebody coming up on our property getting into our stuff?
Are we allowed to shoot him if he's on our property?

there has to be 3 things in place before you can use deadly force. Ability, opportunity, and jeopardy.
Trespassing is a misdemeanor right? That doesnt justify shooting someone.
