Senior, rec night tonight at Aldora Field
Lamar County solidified its hold on third place in Region 5AA baseball with a 14-1 win over Heard County in Franklin Friday and can clinch at least that as they play their final region home games of the season today.

Gordon's series with Young Harris will begin Saturday afternoon with a two o'clock doubleheader at the Highlander Athletic Complex. The "if necessary" game would be played Sunday afternoon at a time yet to be determined.

Callaway did indeed lose to Crawford Co., in a shocker, on Tues. night 6-3, but would have to also lose to Jordan for the Trojans to jump them for the region's second seed. Fat chance of that happening, however -- losing to Jordan, i.e...

Callaway is not as good as lamar. they should have put them away twice!
